You affirm that the mobile phone number you provide is accurate and current. You represent that you are the authorized subscriber or owner of the telephone number provided. By voluntarily providing your telephone number(s), you expressly consent to receive recurring automated and non-automated SMS/MMS messages from Temecula Web Solutions regarding our products, services, and your relationship with us. You acknowledge that consent to receive these messages is not a condition of purchase. Standard message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of receiving SMS/MMS messages at any time by texting STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT in response to any message received from us. You may also opt out by emailing Tony@temeculawebsolutions.com. You agree to receive a final message confirming your opt-out.

Participating carriers in the United States include, but are not limited to, AT&T, T-Mobile®, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular®, MetroPCS®, InterOp, Cellcom, C Spire Wireless, Cricket, and Virgin Mobile. Not all carriers support SMS/MMS services. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
In connection with this SMS service, we may collect your mobile phone number, carrier name, and the date, time, and content of your messages, along with other information you voluntarily provide. This information is used to deliver and support the services you request.
By subscribing to or using this service, you acknowledge that Temecula Web Solutions reserves the right to modify or discontinue the SMS/MMS service, with or without notice, at any time.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Temecula Web Solutions from any claims, including privacy or consumer protection claims, arising from your voluntary provision of a telephone number not owned by you, your failure to notify us of changes to your phone number, or claims related to the Federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) or applicable state laws. This includes any losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees).
By participating in this service, you confirm that you:
Are at least eighteen (18) years of age
Possess a wireless device capable of two-way messaging
Are a customer of a participating wireless carrier
Have an active text messaging service
Service availability, device compatibility, and message delivery may vary by carrier and device.
You represent that you have all necessary authority to agree to these terms and that doing so does not conflict with any other agreement. If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
